Chateau St. Jean Wines
The Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon has a bright and inviting nose with loads of fresh berry aromas: boysenberry, blackberry and baking spice notes. The nose leads to a plush, juicy, full mouthfeel filled with fresh berry jam and dark chocolate flavors. The wine is well-structured with a dense core of fruit and smooth tannins. The balanced acidity gives the wine a long, flavorful finish.
Our Reserve Syrah is known for its deep complexity and bold, distinct aromatics. This wine delivers aromas and flavors of zesty white pepper and rich dark fruit. This is an elegant yet classic Syrah.
This wine is rich and round with silky tannins and elegant acidity, which help to balance it's ripe fruit qualities. Drinking well now, but could be set aside for up to 5-7 years to round out those still young tannins even more.
